Spacious, relaxing provencal villa, classed 3 star, superb location 5 min stroll to the beach down pine lined lane, superb views over the beautiful bay. In quiet private residence, private free off road parking. Perfect for relaxing but close by foot or car to amenities and activities. Ideal for families or friends sharing with 2 separate bedroom and bathroom areas. Lovely protected swimming area close by and lifeguard in the season. You can usually hear the waves on the beach from your bed. Accommodation is on 2 floors Main accommodation is on the first floor 2 bedrooms with air conditioning or heating Bedroom 1 - 160x200cm bed, wardrobe, dressing table, drawers, hair dryer Bedroom 2 - 2 single beds can be pushed together, wardrobe, dressing table, drawers pillow sizes on all beds are 70x50cm Guests can bring their own linen, towels, bath mats etc or hire from the concierge with 72hours notice Bathroom - Shower over bath, basin, bidet, shaver socket Separate WC On the same floor - Entrance lobby, WC with separate hand basin, large open living area with smart bluetooth tv, free wifi, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, utility with iron and ironing board and all cleaning necessities, large four arm outside rotary drier for laundry and swimming things. Large south facing outdoor terrace over looking the sea, partially shaded, with manually operated sun awnings for extra shade only when not windy, not to be left unattended due to changeable coastal winds. There are 18 steps from the parking area to the front door, and 21 steps to the terrace of the main house.

Agay is an unspoilt, family orientated beach resort in unique and usually calm, glittering blue bay, with a choice of beautiful sandy beaches, the nearest of which has a protected swimming area and a lifeguard in season. Depending on the weather the bay is typically, calm, sheltered and the sea is gorgeous for swimming and snorkelling.
Within walking distance of the Villa -
2 sandy beaches, watersports, shops, restaurants and cafes, Post Office, Bank, Tourist Information, weekly provencal market, seasonal weekend beach front night market, patisseries, pharmacy, harbour/marina, bar tabac.
Watersports - boat hire, windsurfers, kayaks, catamarans, pedalos, blade boards.
Scuba, snorkelling- the sea is usually beautifully clear and as well as the beach, a 20 minute walk around the bay will take you to some amazing red rocky coves where the snorkelling is stunning.
Old fishing port and marina - Agay has its own picturesque small fishing port where you can still sometimes buy freshly caught fish. You can also board the glass bottomed sight seeing boat from here if you'd like to see the bottom of the sea and say hi to the fish without getting wet. A small ferry boat sails from here to St Tropez, ask at the tourist info for timetables, or there are daily sailings in season from nearby St Raphael.
Cycling - the amazing coastal road between Agay and Cannes is a favourite for cyclists, and there are dedicated cycling paths in the countryside just off the coastal road in Agay.
-Coastal road between Agay and Cannes - equally beautiful by local train, car or cycling - the local train line TER line from Les Arcs to Nice. worth taking this train to Cannes just as an excursion as its route along the coast is one of the most beautiful in the world ( listed in many published guides).
Hiking- is also popular with many mountain and coastal walks around Agay as well as easy access to the famous Esterel itself.
Golf - the famous golfing resort of Valescure is a 15 minute drive away.
The Tourist Information Centre 5 minutes down the hill from the villa is dedicated to helping you find all the activities you could wish for.
Agay is ideally located for visits to nearby St Raphael, the old Roman town of Frejus, Cannes, Nice, Monte Carlo, Grasse, St Tropez and all those picturesque provencal towns and villages inland.
Supermarkets - there are 3 excellent small supermarkets within walking distance of the villa. Or by car, approx 20 mins to Leclerc, Super Utile, Grand Frais, Lidl, Aldi and Casino.
Most of Agay is within walking distance from the villa.
-Bus stops - will take you St -Raphael direction, where you can get connections anywhere.
-Agay Train Station - +-20 minute walk - served by the local train line TER line from Les Arcs to Nice.

-Nice airport - just over an hour's drive or see train timetables online.
