This location is in desperate need of maintenance. Listing should be removed interim. At $500+ per night - the experience definitely did not match the fee. Stay at your own risk! Vacasa did not respond with help even tho we called daily. Did not provide garage code access until 2 days after arrival - where fire starter was located. Inside temp was 32 degrees with 4 degrees outside - we were unable to warm the house without fire starter. The heating units are small and slow to heat. Gas fireplace fan drowns out any hope of conversation and barely puts out heat. No hot water for >3 days. Leak under kitchen sink dripping onto floor. DW does not work. Most egregious violation was soiled bed linens. One bed had crumbs inside the sheets. Full trash bag left at entry. Did not clear the driveway over the 4 day stay. The listing and guidebook both state driveway would be cleared during snow events - we had a major snow event! wifi dropped.

Overall pretty good place, would definitely recommend bringing firewood for the wood stove if you're there in the winter. Maybe we overlooked it when booking but was kind of surprised to find out that it's a duplex so shared walls with another unit. Wished the hot tub was working!

Beautiful home in an incredible location! There was ample space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Management was easy to contact and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend!

Pros: This place has enough beds to sleep 8 people. Cons: 8 people can not all fit around the table, or in the living, or in the kitchen at the same time. Additionally, the quality of cleaning was subpar. There was candy and garbage between the beds and walls, cigarette butts on the porch, and toothpaste on the walls. There was light bulbs missing from fixtures, and holes in the towels. To add insult to injury, we booked this place when it was listed with a private hot tub and showed up to find the hot tub had been out of commission for a month and no one thought to notify us of that change or adjust our pricing. After 2 separate phone calls, the majority of which were spent on hold, they reimbursed us a small chunk of change compared to the overall cost of this rental. Not worth the price tag.

Before you reserve the place, ask about the hot tub….. Ask if there’s hot water, we had only a little hot water at the time. Nice house otherwise. Close to the freeway.
