This beautifully decorated ground floor villa, is in a very quiet area of Bodrum town and just 600m to the nearest local beach and resort center. The villa is also adapted to be wheelchair friendly. Located in an elevated position overlooking the town center, this ground floor villa is very tastefully decorated and has its own private pool and great sea views. The main bedroom is very spacious and has its own entrance to the pool area. Both bedrooms have twin beds which can also be positioned as a double bed. They also both have air conditioning and the main bedroom has a ceiling fan. There is a very large double sofa bed in the living room. The inside living area is open plan and has a very well equipped fully fitted kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, small electric oven, hob with 4 gas rings, an American style water cooler and a dining table and 6 chairs. The living room has a TV (Turkish channels only), DVD player and music system. This open plan area is also air-conditioned, has a ceiling fan and free internet. There is a family bathroom with a washing machine and a shower. PLEASE NOTE: the main bedroom has been adapted for wheelchair use Also available in the villa are a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, pool towels, safe, BBQ and baby facilities (bath, cot and high chair). Private parking and road side parking are also available. The pool, which is 30m squared, is totally private for your use only and there is plenty of outdoor living space. There are 2 separate shaded chill out corners and an outdoor eating area to dine Alfresco. IMPORTANT NOTE: We can accept some pets but this needs to be arranged prior to booking. Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms or on any of the furniture and it is forbidden for them to use the swimming pool. An extra deposit of £100 will be charged on arrival for bookings with pets. This is a great base for a relaxing holiday with 2 local beaches (nearest beach is just 600m away and has been awarded a Blue Flag) and also boat trips nearly on your doorstep. The local bus station is approx. 15 minutes walk away or alternatively taxis are available right next door to the apartment. The nearest port with daily ferries to the Greek Islands is approx. 800m away. There are many well stocked supermarkets in the area and the closest convenience store is just 20m away.
