This home is centrally located. Next door to Kroger and right in the center of Lanett and West Point. There's a fully fenced yard, three spacious bedrooms, original hardwood from the early 1900s, a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, one with a bath tub, one with a walk in shower, a living and a dining room. We are currently working on the home and will update pictures as we work on it. we've put a lot of work into reviving this home and are super excited to share it with our guests! This home is in the center of Lanett with neighbors in a not rich neighborhood. We've never experienced safety issues and feel 100% safe here, but be aware it is not in an affluent neighborhood by any means. The yard is fully fenced in and the front gate can be closed for children/pets playing outside. The neighbors are super friendly (elderly ladies) and one of them will probably wave and say hello. There is a large water plant behind the home. we plan to build a privacy fence in front of the current fence as it's not aesthetically pretty so be aware. There's a covered parking awning (not for lifted vehicles or tall vehicles). Kroger is next door and you can walk anywhere in town from the house. It is not a walkable town though.
