David is an amazing host and goes the extra mile to make you feel right at home. He is very communicative and makes sure everything is taken care of. His property was very clean and welcoming and it is centrally located next to many great cafés, restaurants and local breweries like Belt Line Brewing and Underground’s Coffee House & Roastery. And with Larkin Square close by, there’s many great food options as well. I love classic diners and Swan Street Diner is a must (just a short drive away). I will definitely come back and book with David again!

The location was great! We were so close to all the fun downtown and by the inner harbor without the big price. The apartment was clean, modern but still kept the historic charm of the building. Will definitely stay again.

Dave’s place is clean and has some really stylish features. It’s close to anything you want to do in downtown Buffalo. There’s a great brewery right around the corner. This is a great place to stay for a concert or hockey game downtown!
