Loved this location. Theo was amazing, we had an incident where we went out to sit on the patio and closed the door behind us. Didn't realize the door auto locked, and we didn't bring the keys with us. Messaged Theo and he was out there very quickly to let us inside. I'm extremely gratefull for his responsiveness and the location was great with the parking and amenities. I highly recommend.

My stay at this apartment, located 30-40 minutes from central Rome via various transportation methods, was quite an experience. The place has a distinct charm, suggesting it was once home to elderly residents, with a noticeable smell if not well-ventilated. The furnishings and appliances are old and worn, with equipment from the last century. One bathroom had a non-functioning tap, and the gas stove's regulators don't fully close, posing a safety concern. The high humidity made the atmosphere damp, and the cleanliness was not ideal, with dust in corners and mold in the bathroom. The apartment is on an elevation, requiring a 10-15 minute walk up stairs and a hill from the nearest transport, but the view of the city and mountains is beautiful. On the positive side, the new air conditioner provides relief during hot days, and the patio is a great spot to relax, though it has many mosquitoes. Despite its quirks, the apartment offers a unique stay with a stunning view.

Een groot huis met een complete inventaris in Monteverde. Een ruime patio en restaurants in de buurt. De buurt is rustig en met de fiets is Vaticaanstad binnen 4 km te bereiken. Wel af en toe klimmen.
