The structure is located a few steps from the Basilica of San Simplicio, the most important religious building in the north-east of Sardinia, as well as the oldest Christian testimony on the island. The patron saint is celebrated in mid-May with the engaging Festa di San Simplicio. The historic center of Olbia is also a few minutes walk away. The narrow alleys and characteristic granite houses will make you magically immerse yourself in the Olbia of the Phoenicians, Punics and Romans. Furthermore, in recent years the city has undergone a process of urban redevelopment which has made it one of the most evocative locations in northern Sardinia. The most beautiful beaches in the area are located a few minutes drive from the city center and you can easily reach them using public transport, implemented in recent years.

Getting around the area is very simple using public transport. In the summer period there are buses dedicated to reaching all the most beautiful beaches in the area.
