Leider kein Parkplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück aber die Parksituation ist sehr entspannt (auch wenn man jeden Tag mit dem Auto fährt). + Moderne und hochwertige Küche + Schöner Balkon + Sympathischer Gastgeber mit dem man sich gerne unterhält

I stayed in Ilmar house for more than one month, due to work related reasons. The house has several rooms, so sometimes I shared it with more people. The house is big, fully equipped and always kept clean. There is a terrace where you can enjoy your meals and the view of the hills nearby. The garden is also very big and usable. Only negative point here is that it is a bit neglected (on Ilmar´s defense I could say, this summer is so warm that grass is drying out everywhere). And now about the host: Ilmar has been super nice! Always ready to answer any question and willing to help with a smile. If in the future I´m again in need of a temporally place in the area, I´ll come back 🙂.

My stay met all the expectations. A quiet place, wonderfull surroundings and nice views. Comfortable accomodation, lots of spaces for you to relax while enjoying your coffee or tea. Ilmar was really nice and makes you feel at home. I even had a squirl paying me a visit! I suggest you try it for yourself!

Gute Unterkunft für einen Kurzaufenthalt. Die Kommunikation mit Illmar war einwandfrei.

Eine einfache Herberge bzw. Übernachtungsmöglichkeit mit guter Verkehrsanbindung und schnelle Verbindung nach Karlsruhe, Durlach und Pforzheim. Zum Kochen in der hauseigenen Küche ist alles zu finden. Das Essen muss natürlich selbst mitgebracht werden. Am hauseigenen Garten kann man sich noch ein wenig Abends nach Feierabend etwas Ruhe gönnen.
