Don't let stale food in the open air and don't let food/beverages spilled/drying up on tables/kitchen counter as it attracts ants and insects and it stains the furniture. Keep the garbage bin area located in the kitchen clean. We provide our guests with a clean environment and we expect our guests to leave our place clean too. Our staff cleans the villa every day but this should not be an invitation to leave the space untidy. * Break it/Pay it policy * Guests cannot play loud music that could disturb the neighbours * Parties / events must be authorised (charges might apply) Very important reminder: * According to AirBnB Community Standards, guests should not disturb common spaces, treat neighbors as “front desk staff,” create a pervasive nuisance for those around them, or persistently fail to respond to neighbor or community concerns.
