Howdy y’all, and welcome to Austin! Our home is a private retreat with its own exclusive pool, 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and game room! Your friends and family will feel right at home and have plenty of amenities to enjoy. Centrally located near the 35 freeway means you'll be where you need to be in no time. Downtown is only a 15 minute drive. Also numbers grocery stores and restaurants within a 5 minute drive of the home. --This is NOT an event or a party house-- --The max occupancy at anytime is 10. Make sure you get an accurate count of who will be staying, as only 10 are allowed at all times-- --The pool is NOT heated-- Welcome on in! Our newest addition is trendy, chic and ready for you, your friends&family to relax and unwind after a long day in the city. Yee-haw! Walk in the front door to find an open concept living area with plenty of seating and 50'' TV. Kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials. Coffee, cream, and sugar are provided. Dining table for 7. Just on the other side of the kitchen is the laundry room/game room w/ foosball table! Step down into w private en-suite with its own living area, 50'' TV and private full bathroom! Sofa in en-suite room opens out to a queen sized sofa bed. Other side of the home has the 3 other bedrooms. One full bathroom is shared in the hallway. The last bathroom is in the second primary bedroom. 4 bedrooms total Primary en-suite bedroom w/ king bed, private bathroom, sitting area, 50''TV and queen sized pull out sofa bed. 2nd primary bedroom w/ king bed , private bathroom and 50''' TV. 3rd bedroom w/ queen bed and 40'' TV. 4th bedroom w/ queen bed and 40'' TV. 3rd full bathroom in hallway. All TVs are logged in to watch Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+, Prime Video and Paramount+. Netflix and HBO Max are downloaded so you can log in to your personal account. We do not have cable service. Step in to the backyard to an oasis! You'll find a welcoming seating area. Take a dip in the pool. Catch some sun on the loungers. Enjoy a good ol’ cookout with friend and family on the propane grill. On the chillier nights, gather around the fire pit area!
