The place is very nice, we liked the privacy provided by the owners. In the room there were cookies, chocolates and snacks. Both the room and the private bathroom were extremely clean. The area is a bit far from the center. On our next visit to Auckland we will be back!

The room and bathroom where very tidy and comfortable. All equipment and sheets of high quality, like a expensive hotel room and very cosy with nice exterior. We were allowed to enter early and there were some treats available, chocolate, crisps, tea and coffee. Cereals and milk for the morning. The loveliest attention. Arun was quick to react and very helpful. Well situated near New Lynn restaurants and shops as well as the train station.
