This apartment is in an excellent location, the beds were comfy, the apartment layout was perfect, it had all the amenities that my family (2adults 2 kids) required. It was unfortunate that the apartment itself wasn’t up to standards from a cleaning perspective. On arrival I did complain to the onsite management company who were responsive and sent someone over with a vacuum to do a once over on the floors. I know they are going through a change of management here and the new team are working very hard to bring the complex back up to scratch. With a spring clean this apartment would be a 5* and we wish the new management company and host well on resolving the issues.
