Enjoy some downtime in this comfy, old-fashioned spot. Right in St-Légier Village, between Vevey highway exit and Blonay. Easy transport: 4 mins walk to train, 2 mins to bus stop. At home, guests will find the hosts, a friendly Lhasa Apso who loves to greet, and occasionally other guests too. We have a private double-bed room (Room No.2) available for up to 2 guests. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. One private guest room (Room No.2) with a double bed and a lock on the door. It accommodates a maximum of 2 guests. The price is for one bedroom per night. Our kitchen comes fully equipped, and there’s one bathroom with a shower, as well as an exterior balcony—all shared spaces for everyone’s use. Please note that all other areas are not accessible to the public. Guests should be aware that they may need to walk through shared indoor areas to reach their rooms, as other guests and the hosts also use these spaces. We have a separate private entrance to the building, equipped with a keypad lock. We offer ONLY one free parking spot exclusively for our Airbnb guests during their stay at the building entrance. The remaining parking spots are private.

This new campus, situated within the picturesque Château d’Hauteville, is only a brief 19-minute stroll from our location.
Apart from the university, Château d’Hautville also boasts some stunning farmland. You’ll find hundred-year-old trees, charming pathways, vineyards, French-style gardens, beautiful fountains, and lush forests all around, creating the perfect peaceful retreat for anyone looking to unwind.
That’s why our spot combines the best of traditional charm and international flavor.

1) Meal Planning: Turning hangry into happy, one grocery trip at a Time! — Supermarkets « Coop » and « Denner Express » are conveniently located just a 7-minute walk from our place.
2) Inside the « Coop », they even have a pharmacy, so you can get your vitamins and vegetables without changing aisles. One-stop shopping just got even more convenient!
3) Need to do laundry? Nearby in Blonay, you have « Baechler Teinturiers Blonay ». Your clothes will thank you for the trip!
4) Racket Rendezvous: Where Tennis and Badminton Players smash their way to fun! — « Club Veveysan de Tennis » is conveniently located near us. It’s about an 8-minute drive, 20 minutes by bus (route 215), or approximately a 30-minute walk.
5) If you love art, you can just pop over to our neighbor’s gallery « Elysian’s ». They’re closed on weekends though, because even masterpieces need a break!
6) Empty tank or muddy ride, take a 5-minute detour to « Rivera Carburant Lavage SA » from our spot for a quick fix!

a) Only one parking spot at the building entrance is exclusively reserved for our Airbnb guests during their stay. Guests should provide their car plate number to use this spot. All other parking spots are private.
