This location is perfect for those who want to bar crawl, take amazing photos, have more privacy, or see the ocean right outside. The bar Hijos de Borinquén is just steps away, it was named the best bar in the Caribbean. The air conditioning and ceilings fan made the inside very cool, which was great especially since we were visiting during a heatwave. I really enjoy the fact that there was a washer and drier. It’s a perfect location to take photos outside. Definitely recommend, especially for the price. I will be coming back soon.

Great location and great place to stay. Super close to all the great bars. Rassam is a great host as well.

I was quite sceptical given this was a new listing. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing facilities available. Everything was spic and span, and matched the description. The location is safe and good since it is near the two main forts El Morro and San Cristobal. Also it’s walking distance from La Factoria which is a must go. Rassam was very helpful and guided us whenever we needed help.

My stay in Old San Juan was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect – right by the ocean with stunning views the moment you step out the door. The house itself was super nice and spotlessly clean. Our host went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They were incredibly nice and welcoming, even offering us a complimentary bottle of wine. Their hospitality truly made our trip special. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in Old San Juan. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!
