This was a great little studio apartment to stay in for a few days while in town visiting. The host was very responsive to every question or small issue I had. The unit is brand new so everything is in great condition. The TV felt a little small for the space but not a huge deal. The unit is right beside the pool so there is some noise that comes through if there are a lot of people at the pool or music is playing. This is not the host’s or for the host to resolve but the lobby of the building had a very strong smell - like a really strong cologne or air freshener - it was a little over powering. I’m not sure if the scent is because the building is new or if it was intentional but I found myself holding my breath when I walked through the lobby. Overall I loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in downtown Birmingham!

Superb experience. Property was in every aspect exactly as I expected, and as well as represented by the host. Wonderful, vibrant area of town. Beautifully designed property and unit. Outstanding amenities. Top flight professionalism, communication, and customer service. Can’t wait to stay here again!

I literally have not one bad thing to say about this unit or Company. I too, run short-term rentals and Airbnb, and everything was top of the line to my standards! The host was amazing and the location is so convenient. You won’t regret staying here. Will definitely be using this company anytime I can.
