Additionally, there is a full-size kitchen and sea-view dining. Beach chairs and towels are supplied! We provide a bunk bed that can accommodate a total of 4 people (or 5 if children), with a twin-size top bunk and a trundle twin-size bottom bunk that can be converted into a king-size bed. Another room features a king-size bed and a trundle twin XL bed. Additionally, we offer a folding crib for infants. If you're a large family of eight, this is the best value apartment for you and your family! Every Friday night, you can enjoy the beach fireworks show right from your balcony without stepping out! Additionally, this building does not have a swimming pool, which is why it offers unbeatable ocean views at a relatively affordable price! If you and your children enjoy swimming, we have two options for you. First, within a 3-minute walk, you can reach a natural beach & Lagoon where you can swim and enjoy the nourishment of pure seawater (unlike a swimming pool with chemical disinfectants). There are also many water fun activities available there. Swimming in a pool while in Hawaii might not be as healthy and fun as enjoying a 3 minutes walk in natural beach! However, if you definitely need a swimming pool, we have properties in another building that also provide pool and barbecue facilities. This location is a short walk away, and there is an additional fee of $20 per use. If you want to experience life like a local in Hawaii, I strongly recommend taking your family, children, or friends to find a beach that suits your preferences (whether it's quiet, lively, sandy, or good for surfing). Play or relax in nature, set up a tent and a barbecue grill, enjoy the gentle sea breeze and the aroma of grilling, and savor the wild-caught barbecue. This is the true charm of Hawaii! Regarding parking, it is quite expensive and hard to find in Waikiki, just like in Manhattan or any city center. To provide better service to our guests, we have rented a monthly parking space at the owner's price, so you only need to pay $10 per day (Waikiki's parking rates usually range from $28 to $50 per day). Although the spot is not reserved, the parking lot has plenty of spaces available, so you can easily find a spot at any time! A special reminder: We prepare bedding based on the number of guests in your reservation. To offer a more economical cleaning fee for fewer guests, we have negotiated a rate with the cleaning company where an additional $20 is charged for each person over four guests.
