A 1-minute walk is all you’ll need to reach the Mont-Pèlerin automated funicular which will take you on a panoramic ride descending through the Lavaux vineyards and ending up at the Nestlé world headquarters on the shores of the lake. Another 5-minute walk from our chalet will take you to the world-famous Le Mirador Hotel & Spa and its Michelin-starred restaurants and facilities. You can walk further down or take the funicular and in a few minutes time you’ll be in the sunny neighborhood of Chardonne with its medieval vineyards and excellent wineries home to the local Chasselas grapes. Do you like hiking and biking? Mont-Pèlerin is a renowned location for both with people from all over the region visiting to spend a peaceful but active day between the lake and the mountain. You can easily rent an electric bicycle at the funicular station, take one of the trails and walk all the way up, or drive to the summit. There, you can take the Plein Ciel lift to the top of the tower and enjoy an unbounded perspective of the lake and the region.
