My stay at Carol’s place was truly exceptional! I spent roughly three weeks there. Carol is not just a super-friendly and helpful host; she feels more like a friend. She went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. Carol showed me around the city, introducing me to various places that I wouldn’t know without her, and shared many delicious meals with me. When I fell sick during my stay, Carol took care of me like a true friend, providing me with food and medicines and ensuring I had everything I needed. One of the things I admire most about Carol is her talent for home improvement. She’s constantly thinking of ways to make her place more comfortable and does many DIY projects herself. The location is very convenient, with easy access to convenience stores and bus stops to the city center. The room I stayed in was spacious and had everything.

The property is good and the bed was very comfortable. But I did not enjoy how Carol communicated to me. I was really tired and sleepy at my arrival after a long trip of 30 hours without a sleep. She started an endless talk about her private life for one to two hours despite my repeated requests to excuse myself for a rest. I was still with coat and luggage. No offer a seat, no tea, no rest. At my last day there, she found the shower booth is not clean and believed I need to clean it because I used it the day before. I spent hours to explain her that it was not clean at day 1 of my stay and that it was not cleaned during my stay. It’s probably just a simple misunderstanding but was difficult to talk to her because she repeatedly insisted me to clean it and she even tried to threat me by saying she leaves a negative comment as a Airbnb guest.

This is my second time staying with Carol. I liked her hospitality that why I came back. This time Carol took care of me as I was ill she was cooking dinner for me almost every night of my stay. I feel Carol place is my home when ever I wanted to visit Liverpool.
