A beautiful clean property that is set in its own private land and located within walking distance of shops and restaurants. It is close to distilleries and golf courses too, which is what we were there to visit so it was perfect. John and his brother Rob (the caretaker of the property) were always responsive and available when needed.

We really enjoyed our stay, the beds are really comfy, kitchen really well equipped, the pool room is a great addition too!

Great old mansion with lots of character and charm. Rooms were big and comfortable, bathrooms were well equipped and clean. The gym, pool table and sauna were an excellent bonus. Great stay all round!

All I can say is WOW!!!! What a fantastic house. We had a fabulous stay. The house was so much more than we expected. Very well equipped, comfortable and plenty to keep us amused with Pool table, dvds, books and games. I loved the suit of armour in the lounge which I called Arthur. I would definitely return again. The hosts were very responsive to any questions and nothing was too much trouble.

The old Manse home was a lovely retreat for our family for the week. We enjoyed the Speyside region and were delighted to come back each night to a warm and homely residence. We really enjoyed the well equiped kitchen and spaceous accomodations. The billards room was enjoyable after a full day of whisky tasting. We all enjoyed the living room and the wonderful ambiance of the fireplace.
