The open kitchen is modern and equipped with everything you may need to prepare and consume meals during your stay: hob, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, kitchen utensils and crockery. There is also an American top that can be used for your meals as an alternative to the table. A French window provides access to the large private terrace of the apartment, equipped with an outdoor table and chairs where you can have lunch, dinner or relax during the beautiful days of the Riviera. Proceeding you will arrive at the bedroom, with a double bed and a large wardrobe for your personal effects. Here you will also find an air conditioner and a second entrance to the terrace. Finally there is a bathroom complete with toilet and shower. You can also use a washing machine. The accommodation is equipped with a private garage included in the booking cost. Air conditioning is ONLY present in the bedroom. The heating for the winter months is autonomous.
