Before you book, pls read the below so you know what to expect and we can enter into mutual consensus. Layout- The 3rd floor is dedicated to guests; however you will not have the entire floor to yourself. There are 7 independent 'spacious rooms’, with attached top notch bathroom on the the floor with a common kitchen and shared lobby. Guests have shared access to terrace. Cleaning - We offer cleaning service during the stay if asked for. Check-in/Check-out time - Check-in is between 1:00 pm and 10:00 pm; check-out is at 11:00 am sharp. Because we are usually booked back-to-back, and our staff needs to deep-clean each room between guest stays, we can provide FLEXIBILITY FOR EARLY luggage drop and check in only if we don’t have booking for previous day or day after. We are not flexible with LATE CHECK-OUTS. Support - My parents lives on the ground floor with his family. Either I or them or our building care take Shyam Bhaiya helps guests check-in & provides day-to-day support. For any issues/escalation, I am available on Airbnb chat; however since I am also working professional, there might be a time lag in my response if im stuck in some meeting. Unmarried Individuals of Opposite Genders - Our cherished family home is in a friendly neighborhood where we also reside in the same building. To respect local socio-cultural customs and avoid potential issues with police/legal authority, we cannot accommodate bookings for two unmarried individuals together. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Critters - Noida is infested with mosquitoes. We have proactively made arrangements to keep them away from the rooms (by providing mosquito repellent vaporizer in each room) Water quality-The water quality in Noida is poor (residue in tap water). We have made arrangements for water softner to soften the water which ensure good quality of water. (rare to find in other Noida based air bnbs) Summer months - While we have provided high rated ACs & fans, the rooms are on the top floor & peak summer months could get uncomfortable (especially for those particularly intolerant to heat). Sometimes load of electricity gets higher due to which there might be voltage fluctuation in summers. Power back-up - Solar backed Inverter only supports fan and light. No AC, or any power plug points (laptop, induction etc) supported in case of power failure. No toilet paper - We have hand jets in our toilets & NOT toilet paper because of its adverse environmental impact. We have provided hand wash NO SMOKING - Inside the building. Guest register & Govt. ID- All guests staying at the property need to share their Govt. ID (we will take a picture). Given we have multiple guests staying in our different rooms, for our guests' and our family safety, we MANDATORILY ID EVERY GUEST.
