The host and the owner of property seem to be different people and communicating different things. Was informed there is additional charge of electricity if you exceed 50KW/week 2 days before checking in - I think this should be written out in advance for future Airbnb guests. Check In: If you plan to head to Kampot/Kep straight, this is not ideal as the host (who is not Yana but a local Khmer) will make you head to PP to check in and make a 100USD deposit. Again this should be communicated right at the start when I booked. A journey from PP airpot to Kep will take 2.5 - 3 hours. Ended up 7 hours for me and friends being stuck in PP traffic so it was not fun. Cleanliness: The house can afford to be cleaner. It was dusty all over and massive red ants were crawling all over the ground floor when we arrived. (We had to head out to get insecticide. No bikes at that time of night but fortunately the house keepers who do not speak English assisted in that) Also there was a motorbike in the guest room which had to be moved. We arrived late at night after 7 hours on the road (the taxi driver got superbly lost too) so it just wasn't a good sight for us. I'm normally considerate a traveler, but this has got to be one of the more disappointing places I stayed at. I wish the host could be better at managing communication. At the rate we are paying, I would have been happier staying at a hostel for 10USD a night. But if you plan to stay in Cambodia for mths and have the place to yourself, then this is ideal I guess. Nice gardens though and the housekeepers are sweet.

Stayed for a month+ in July 2018 and onwards. The house and garden is amazing. Old World charm. From the large balcony (there are two) you have sea view to the one side, and jungle view to the other. The garden is large and green with palm, papaya, mango and avocado trees and a pond for fish. A short walk to the ocean, and a short drive to Kep beach & city and to the national park. Kampot is half an hour away in tuk-tuk.

Если вы хотите тихий спокойный отдых в красивом месте , то вам точно сюда! Красивый сад, где растут манго и не только. Собаки просто супер! Спасибо вам!

Il faut prévoir un minimum de "survie": eau, papier toilette, savon, serviette pour essuyer la vaisselle, couteaux... Sinon, la maison est pleine de charme , et le jardin splendide!
