BJ and his wife were amazing. They went out of their way to provide us with a fan. Allowed us to change rooms as I booked the wrong one. The food and service was amazing. Their accommodations for my service dog was fantastic.

If you’re a history buff definitely worth the stay! The building has so much history, and the family that owns tha air bnb and the Cajun restaurant are so friendly and fun! We enjoyed hearing the stories at dinner (which was equally as excellent)! We will be back ❤️

The room was a good value in an old hotel that still is having some renovations being done on it. The restaurant was great. The owners were awesome!

This is such a fun stay! Very convenient as it is just a few hours away from Yellowstone. The food was better than anything I’ve had in NOLA. The place was beautiful and historical. I was taken back by a Confederate Flag being hanged outside and inside of the restaurant. I AM NOT A FAN OF CANCEL CULTURE. But I do hope that BJ would consider what that flag might symbolize for people of African heritage and cause them to feel. I assume good will and ultimately I believe it is his choice as it is his business. I would stay there again, but the flag part makes it uncomfortable. I did ask genuinely why he chooses that as a decoration and hope there is genuine conversation about this.
