The living room sectional may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed. Please note the apartment is on the 3rd floor of a walk-up building which does not have an elevator, and stairs are required in order to access the building. Bedroom #1: queen size bed Bedroom #2: queen size bed with dedicated workspace Amenities: In-unit laundry, dedicated workspace, dining table, Nest thermostat, smart TV with Airplay, self check-in, and high-speed Wifi Location: - All within walking distance: coffee shops, multiple parks, BYOB sushi & Thai, grocery & convenience stores, breweries, and countless bars & restaurants Parking: - Free street parking is occasionally available along Damen Ave which conveniently runs adjacent to the building - Additional street parking is often available on Iowa St but requires a city sticker, plus a designation for zone #168 added to the sticker. City sticker costs $95/year for standard passenger vehicles and adding a zone number costs $25/year - We will generate a rental lease for you to use in your application. The sticker will be mailed to the building and typically arrives in 1-2 weeks.
