The kitchen comes equipped with all utilities like microwave, oven, cooking stove, dishwasher,fridge, freezer and electric kettle, toaster etc. The place has a good air condition units for cooling and heating and good sound insulation. There are windows shutters on all windows. The whole apartment measures approximately 55m2+10m2 balcony.
