Weird experience! I pulled up to the home, the grass was unkept & there were small tree limbs all over the steps entering the home. I actual had to compare the photos to the property to make sure it was the correct location. Upon attempting to access the home the keypad entry did not work. I contacted the host and was told that all of the doors to the home were already open. (Very unsafe) I had to call the host back to ask how to lock up the home if I was to leave the property. I was then instructed to just leave the door unlocked. (Again, very unsafe!) After about 5 minutes I was then told by the host that she would come by & place a key underneath the mat to be used. Refrigerator had used condiments inside of it. The kitchen faucet was not attached properly & actually lifts when used. The bathrooms looked renovated, but the counter had a raised area that looked like a curler burn. On check out I was sent a pic of the counter & I would be charged $1500 for damage. I NEVER SMOKED!
