The neighborhood roads are paved, making access to A Beary Happy Place easy. In winter, the driveway is plowed when snow exceeds 4 inches or as needed. While Ruidoso and Alto have some hilly and mountainous areas, they are generally easy to navigate year-round. During winter, guests should have 4-wheel drive and/or snow chains in case of major snowstorms. For extended stays, travel insurance is recommended.

Melissa is a native New Mexican and Charles from the great State of Texas. After years of travelling and working in many great destinations, we finally settled down 8 years ago and have made our home in the Ruidoso area. We enjoy travel, golf, food & wine, family & friends, and all things Lincoln County, New Mexico! Our passion and our business is real estate and property management.
