Was visiting Bologna with my mother. Original house we booked was unavailable at the last minute due to any infestation, and we were offered two holiday flats instead, however when we arrived this turned out to be a mistake and it turned out to be a single apartment with one bed and a sofa, which was less than ideal, but at this point it was far too late to find something else. We were offered a discount which was reasonable. On the plus side, the flat is in a great location with a nice balcony but it all felt a bit cramped. For a couple it would be great, not so much for people who need two beds. Also there is something a bit wrong with the shower's door of insulation, so each shower results in lots of water on the floor. Hopefully they repair that.
