There is a terrace on the second floor with a breathtaking view of sea and a beautiful coastline. There is a private 3000 sq feet garden with a gazzibo artificial grass lawn and a real grass lands cap surrounded by well planned plantation’s. The villa is senior citizen friendly with a ramp at the entrance and at the garden side. The villa has a drivers room with attached bathroom.
