Many grocery and convenience stores nearby,just a short 15 minute drive from Legoland, 20 minute drive from beautiful downtown Winter Haven,and a 15 minute drive to historic Bok Tower Gardens. East Central Park is a 2 minute drive with many amenities for families such as a baseball field,basketball courts,kids park and a walking trail. Disney World is about a 35 minute drive from the home.
