Hands down, would come back to stay here. It was everything we wanted and more. Oaksi and his wife are such warming hosts, they treated us with a welcome vegetarian breakfast and made made sourdough bread. They picked us up from the bus station and welcomed us with open arms. House was just what we were looking for. The kitchen had everything we needed as we opted to cook our own meals the majority of the time. We originally reserved this place for a month but ended up staying an extra 15 days. We love Pai and we were so comfortable in this AirBnb. The house looks just like the pictures, even better honestly. There’s lots of room for storage, the fridge is a great size, the bathroom had everything we needed. The location is great for us, I would recommend renting a motorbike (most people do in Pai) because it’s at least a 20 min walk into town but a two min bike ride. It’s the perfect distance from the center of the city. The property is so lusciously green with plants and trees, just beautiful. Oaksi and his wife also opened up their restaurant while we were staying here and it’s so adorable. Cushions and coziness, great drinks and food. It’s on the same property as the houses too. Highly recommend this place to single travellers, couples and families. Thank you!!!

We have enjoyed a lot our stay in this quiet apartment surrounded by nature. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures. The apartment was equipped with modern facilities: hot water, fridge, a small cooker, microwave and TV. In general, Wifi signal worked fine, although the connection were sometimes cut off or very slow for a while. As we were in a natural environment, there were some mosquitos. However, we could sleep safely since there was a mosquito net. The balcony was perfect for having a relaxing breakfast. The only aspect that could be improved was that the mattress was a little hard and we could feel the springs in our bodies. The apartment was located in a really quiet area at a 25-minute walking distance from the main street of Pai. Anyway, there is a 7-11 convenience store just 5 minutes away in case you need to buy something. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Communication with him was very easy. He was a really thoughtful host. He picked us up at the bus station and also dropped us off free of charge. He also let us use his washing machine. In addition, his wife made a delicious bread for us! In summary, 100% recommendable accommodation, perfect to relax and discover Pai!

The apartment is quite spacious and has a well-equipped kitchen. Depending on your time of stay it can get quite hot during the day and rather cold at night, but the provided blankets were more than fine. The bed wasn't very comfortable as it had a spring mattress, but we kind of got used to it after a few nights. But I definitely wouldn't recommend it, if you can't sleep on a hard mattress or have a sensitive back! The location was fine, it's a 30-minute walk to walking street or about 5-10 minutes by bicycle. It is also very quiet at night.
