The host is very polite and responsive. The place is clean and tidy, very minimalist and pleasant to the eyes. Felt like home!
I had frustrations from the initial booking. Was asked 3 times to provide ID, which I had done after the 1st request… but kept getting asked for it and had to provide it again. Lockbox code was incorrect to enter apartment. Was not told in advance of a specific parking space number (which we found out from security there actual is). No wifi on arrival. Router box was off and not easy to find (told wrong location). 3 adults were confirmed for booking with one on the sofa bed. No pillows or sheet provided. Duvet with no cover. An employee of host went to IKEA to buy bedding which I had to unpackage and sort this myself when it arrived after 2hrs. This made us late for an event. 1 bath towel and 2 small towels provided for 3 adults, towels bought from IKEA. I had specifically requested in advance that the sofbed was prepared and this had been confirmed twice. Great apartment… but a new listing that clearly wasn’t suitably checked or prepared for rental. Great location for Yas attractions.
