Garden Villa is a cute two level place newly redecorated with views of our garden. The rooms are bright and airy. The upper floor has a spacious bedroom and en suite. The lower floor has cooking, dining and clothes washing facilities. Both levels have separate entrances connected by covered external stairs. With a new sofa bed on the lower level the Garden Villa can accommodate 4 adults comfortably. If you only wish to use the upper level we will deduct $30 off each night. Garden Villa is in a quiet tree-lined location. There is easy access to Sydney downtown, the domestic and international airports. 5 minutes walk to Train Station, direct train with just 4 stops to airport and 20 minutes to CBD. 3 minutes walk to bus stops, restaurants, cafes and a Woolworths metro supermarket. Entry to the M5 minutes away. There is lots of available street parking. A nicely redecorated room that is very private. It is located in a double storey building which is separated from the host building. You will be the only one living in that building. The hosts (2 of us, no children) live in the upstairs part of the main building. We respect the guests' privacy and we leave it up to you to contact us for any reason. We welcome contacts for assistance at any time so we can make your stay as pleasant as possible. The bedroom is on the upper level of the building. It has a double bed with its private shower and toilet. The room has a north-easterly aspect allowing maximum sunlight and a grass green garden outlook with district view. Installed with air con. Kitchen and living dinning area is at ground level. It is fully equipped with stove, oven, fridge, dish washer and washing machine. Smart TV and air con. There is a sofa bed which can be turned to a double bed at night. Each level has its own private entrance but is connected by an under covered external stairway. Each room can sleep up to 2 adults. For solo traveller or couple who just want the upper level bedroom and bathroom without the use of ground floor kitchen and dining, please message us in your request.
