This property had everything you would be looking for in beach rental. It was spacious, full of amenities, and very clean. Also, it was steps away from the beach, a short walk to a fun night scene, and a very short drive to some of the best restaurants in New Smyrna Beach. I would highly recommend staying at this property to anyone interested.

We absolutely loved our stay! Cannot wait to return. Frank and the team was always responsive and so helpful. Loved the location. So close to downtown. Beautiful sunrise walks on the ocean. And very clean place. 10/10.

Frank and Patricia were responsive to any questions we had. The condominium is clearly renovated and well decorated with very comfortable beds. A few areas of concern; 1- in the bedrooms there were not accessible electric sockets by the beds to charge any devices. 2- in the larger bedroom, there was a small clothes tree to hang clothes and no available closet. In the other bedroom there was a closet but no pole in it to hang clothes. Instead there was a metal rack that was so low to ground that couldn’t hang a dress on it. 3-they have an expresso machine which is fine but no instructions how to use it in case you’re not familiar with making expresso. I would suggest an additional option such a drip coffee maker.

Such a beautiful condo in the perfect location!! Very comfortable beds with plenty of sleeping space for our group, amazing bathrooms and kitchen with all the most up to date appliances, and the convenience of a washer/dryer right in the unit. The espresso machine got loads of use, as did the incredible cozy beach chairs and patio. Parking was a breeze. We're already planning our next visit to New Smyrna Beach! Thanks for hosting our spring break holiday!

Unit is like brand new! Updated modern furniture. Beautiful decor. Comfortable beds & magnificent bathrooms. Would stay again!
