Nestled in the heart of the charming village of Puissalicon, our house boasts a unique feature: a spacious garden oasis that sets it apart from the rest. Located on a tranquil street with minimal traffic, our home offers the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. On street level, a garage provides convenient parking for one car, while an adjacent fenced patio offers secure parking for another vehicle. Adjacent to this patio lies an independent studio, complete with a kitchen and bathroom, ideal for accommodating two guests in comfort with its cozy queen-size bed. Despite the absence of air conditioning, the studio remains pleasantly cool, thanks to its partially subterranean construction and adjustable shutters. Ascending to the upper level, you'll discover the heart of the home. The living room and kitchen are tastefully appointed and bathed in natural light, courtesy of their south-facing orientation. Step out onto the expansive balcony to soak up the sun all day long. For added comfort, the living room is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a cool respite on warmer days. Rest easy in our two bedrooms, both furnished with luxurious king-size beds. One bedroom features air conditioning for optimal comfort, while the other is equipped with a portable fan to keep you cool and comfortable throughout your stay. In this room you will also find a bot and changing table. There is also an extra children's room available. With a cot, changing table and toys. Via the kitchen door, step into the garden. Behind the house, you'll find a spacious terrace with a dining table, BBQ, and a large covered lounge area. In the summer, you can enjoy tomatoes from the vegetable garden and fresh herbs from the herb garden. Continue through the garden, and you'll arrive at the swimming pool (4x8.5 meters) with six sun loungers. Here, too, you'll find a beautiful large dining table with views of the old village. The garden is expansive and offers many charming seating areas. -- The area --- Puissalicon is a small and charming winemakers village in the heart of the Côtes du Thongue wine area. In Puissalicon you'll find the best winebar of the region: Picamandil! With more than 400 regional wines, a lively bar and cosy garden, a must visit! Besides Picamandil there is a lovely bistro , Cap et Mestra and Chez Louka with wood fire pizza's. The house is perfectly located to discover the area, which has so many things to do and to see. Puissalicon is situated between the mountains and the sea; both within 30 minutes. It is surrounded by lovely other 'circulades' winemakers villages and of course many, many vineyards. Some of our favorite places: - The picturesque town of Pèzenas: famous for it's brocante stores and the lively Saturday market; - Les Halles de Béziers, Narbonne and Sète. Three fantastic market halls for groceries and to have lunch; - The beaches of Sète or more nearby Valras and Sérignan Plage; - Etang de Thau: the most magnificent place to eat fresh oysters; - The river l'Orb is perfect for swimming, kayaking and picknicks.
