The silverbeach of Siófok is very popular with families, as the water of Lake Balaton is slowly deepening, so even the youngest can bathe in complete safety. Beachers who want to tan can sunbathe without any problems in the long, very well-developed grassy area of the coast, but there are also plenty of shady areas thanks to the huge foliage of the trees.
On the Silver Beach, beach volleyball courts, soccer fields, basketball courts, teqball tables, foot pods are available for beachgoers, and pedal boats and kayaks can be rented. For those who like more extreme adventures, electric boats are available.
Within a few minutes' walk of the waterfront, there are countless other buffets, restaurants, taverns, bistros and cafés. Homemade food, pizzas, Italian pastas and iron-on-pancakes are worth a try, and ice-cold cocktails and lemonades are not to be missed in the summer heat.

With car:
The easiest and fastest way to get there, is the M7 highway. You must leave the highway at the exit Siófok Centrum.
If you travel with train:
Next to the train station of Siófok is the bus station. You must take the bus nr. 1. to Bakony street.
