A great place to stay in Camden! We were able to store our luggage after check out which was very useful. Reception staff were really friend and room was clean and had everything we needed. Close to bus routes and walkable to Camden Town/Market. Would stay here again!
Room was fine, on par with your chain hotels. Staff were friendly and attentive on arrival. Could’ve done with a bed side lamp as there was only the bright LED lights for the entire room. Apart from that had a nice stay.
Be warned: You won’t be put in the room on the listing. I was put in a much smaller room by the exit and woken up every hour from 1am-8am. It was SO noisy. Bathroom shower was covered in black mold, the thermostat continued to flash that the filter was dirty. Obviously it’s not well-maintained. They don’t respond hardly at all. I couldn’t find my check in instructions and they just never answered me, I could have been stuck on the street with my bags. Really poor customer service so if you have concerns or issues, you might be out of luck.
Small, decent hotel room in a good location. The Sonder-app makes check-in and extra requests very easy.
