The villa is situated on a seafront plot of land, and consists of 5 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms across 2 floors, and can accommodate up to 8 adults, 2-4 kids & 2 babies. On the ground floor, there is a fully autonomous apartment consisting of one double en-suite bedroom, a second bedroom, the kitchen & living area, as well as a second bathroom. On the upper level, two semi-autonomous flats can be found; the first is a 1-bedroom 1-bathroom apartment, and the second one is 2-bedrooms 1-bathroom. These share a balcony with uninterrupted views of the gulf, and separate entrances. There's a laundry room equipped with a washing machine & tumble dryer. The pool, bbq area and various options of sitting/ dining areas are located in the garden, with direct access to the beach.
