the jazz 1 apartment located in vivacity malls so it really convinient if we want to go for shopping or buying something below. The location also nearby the borneo hospital or timberland. its easy to go to anywhere (if you drive yourself) we brought our car and could go directly into R floor and park at dedicated parking lot. the view of the apartment is "Mountain view" for input : especially in the bath room please put some rack for the soap/shampoo , dont just put it on the floor. for the small room, some part of the wall need to be repainted. but overall its a nice location / apartment to stay with your families in kuching.
It was comfortable and beautiful. It is above a mall which made it easier to find food and buy essentials.
Room as per described, clear check in / check out instruction, friendly owner, easy access to mall. 5 stars
