Lovely cottage situated in a peaceful setting. It was very comfortable and well equipped including some special treats. Paula and Mark were very responsive hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

This was a very pretty home and situation in the countryside . Beautiful garden with all the country sights but within a short drive of Fielding. Paula provided everything we needed and more. A generous host. I appreciated that Paula was available and helpful but not at all intrusive. I would definitely stay here again.

I had the most wonderful stay at Paula's place - only wish it was longer! Set in such a lovely quiet rural location, the peace and quiet was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the little touches were evident everywhere. The breakfast supplies were above and beyond, so thoughtful. I was travelling to attend a conference and one chilly, blustery night I was not home until after 10pm and Paula had so kindly drawn the drapes, put the heating on and even the electric blanket. So caring. Can't recommend highly enough.

Paula and her husband are extremely generous and thoughtful hosts. The apartment is cosy and the bedroom faces the gardens and you wake up to lovely soft chooky and duck sounds. Comfy bed and the fridge and pantry were extremely well stocked, Paula provides breakfast (bacon and eggs, fruit, cereals, pastries, yoghurt and much more), there is also chocolate, soup, cream, biscuits and more. I did say they are extremely generous and they really are. Loved my stay here, great great hosts, highly recommend this place and hosts. The kitchen has good cooking facilities and its a short run to Kimbolton, there's a great cafe with good food and an open fire, the other great cafe is 'Two locals' in Fielding (near the library), amazing food and coffee, check it out. There is also a great retro/vintage shop in Fielding, its a block up from the Fielding Art Centre on Manchester St, has the best collection of ceramics, paintings, curios and lots of other lovely objects, drop in and see Sue.
