Facile arrivare all’appartamento, Jean-Richard era già davanti al portone ad aspettarci. Casa splendida con arredamento ricercato. Bagno grande e molto comodo, doccia immensa. Appartamento molto vicino alla Gare du Sud e a tutte le comodità date dal tram. Se torneremo ta Nizza proveremo a soggiornare nuovamente qui. Consigliatissimo da 5 stelle.

Jean-Richard is a charming host and the apartment is so beautifully presented in an area with great transport links and populated by locals rather than tourists. You have the vibrant food market Marche de La Liberation and lovely cafes like Deli Bo within five minutes walk and Line 1 tram stop Liberation which takes you to Old Town or the port in minutes. The train station is also nearby (about 10 minute walk). Jean-Richard issued clear instructions of how to arrive from the airport and personally met me at the tram stop to show me the apartment himself. He is very friendly and always helpful with local information and personal recommendations and there is a guide to cafes and restaurants nearby in the apartment. I had a wonderful week and would be happy to stay in this lovely apartment again.

Jean-Richard's apartment was fantastic! It was spacious and newly rennovated, had stylish, high-quality furnishings, kitchen appliances, and bathroom fixtures, a new washing machine, and a full set of dishes and cookware. Jean-Richard was an excellent host, waiting to welcome us to the apartment, showing us around the neighborhood, and providing us with many helpful tips about what to see and do in Nice. The apartment is located near a large, daily outdoor market and is close to the tram that can take you anywhere you want to go in Nice. I would defintely stay at Jean-Richard's place again.

1. 깨끗하고 아늑한 아파트 - 건물 자체는 오래됐지만, 내부는 리모델링을 하여 굉장히 깨끗하고 쾌적합니다. 특히 부엌과 화장실의 위생을 중요하게 생각하는 편인데 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 침대는 넓어서 두 명이서 눕기에 충분했고, 식기나 가구들 또한 관리가 잘 되어 있었습니다. 호스트의 개인 컬렉션을 담은 서재나 거실도 세밀한 부분까지 신경을 쓴 티가 나서 좋았습니다. 2. 편리한 교통 - 도보로 10분 내외 거리에 매일 시장이 들어서며, 트램을 타고 주요 관광지로 이동할 수도 있습니다. 숙소 바로 근처에 있는 빵집과 식당들도 괜찮았습니다. 3. 친절한 호스트 - 저희는 비행기 연착으로 인해 밤 늦게 체크인을 하게 되었고, Richard 씨는 저희의 사정을 이해하고 도착할 때까지 기다려 주었습니다. 또한, 저희가 즐거운 여행을 할 수 있도록 니스에서의 다양한 여행 계획을 추천해 주었습니다. 체크아웃 시간을 연장해 달라는 저희의 요구도 흔쾌히 수락해 주었습니다. 그리고 무엇보다도 호스트가 추천해 준 니스의 맛집들은 모두 품질이 뛰어났습니다. 그의 빠른 응대와 친절하고 세심한 배려 덕분에 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 제 생일을 맞이하여 엄마와 둘이서 처음 간 여행이었는데, 니스에서 잊지 못할 좋은 기억을 만들어 주신 것에 대해 깊이 감사드리고 싶습니다. 친절한 호스트와 아름다운 숙소 덕분에 이후의 숙소에 대한 기준이 높아질 정도였습니다. 다시 니스에 가게 된다면 이 숙소를 고르지 않을 이유는 단 한 가지도 없습니다. 다른 사람에게도 추천할 만한 가치가 있는 선택이라고 말하고 싶습니다. 그는 정말로 여행과 니스에 열정을 가진 호스트입니다. 그와 교류하고 숙소에 머무르는 시간 동안 너무나도 즐거웠습니다! 또 뵙기를 기대하겠습니다. :)

The apartment is very cozy, well decorated and there's an impressive graphic novel library if you have the time to dive into it! Jean-Richard was very friendly and accommodating. To sum up, I fully recommend!
