Wow! This house is amazing. It is beautifully restored, full of charm, but with high end amenities inside and out. Jonathan replied every time we reached out within minutes. The place was rather large and the four of us and our dog had plenty of room. The mattresses were very comfortable. The kitchen has updated appliances e and everything you need. There is a Jura coffee maker, after a couple minutes of reading the manual, we made some killer coffee drinks. We bought some wings at a butcher shop and put them on the Traeger smoker and they came out wonderful. The neighborhood is full of historical houses and small parks and was great for walking our dog. You can walk downtown in 10 minutes and there are restaurants, stores, a distillery, and a brewery with a great beer garden. We also visited St Simon's island which has a large number of restaurants for such a small place, a nice waterfront park and loads of cute shops. I'd love to come back and stay longer.

We had a great time at Jonathan’s house. Very responsive host and always asked if there was anything else he could do for us. Nice updated kitchen and laundry room that makes you feel right at home. Will definitely stay here again if in the area!

We had an amazing spring break at this charming 1890's home in Brunswick, GA. The neighborhood is peaceful with beautiful historic homes, perfect for morning walks. The downtown area walking distance and safe. Jonathan, our host, was exceptional, providing thoughtful touches like pastries from Schroeder's Market and surprises for each the kids that greeted us on arrival to the house. The house was very well-equipped, and Jonathan's proactive communication made our stay seamless. The home is a special place that felt like traveling back in time with all the modern amenities of a 21st century home. He had many great recommendations for local eats and activities which helped make the week memorable. He checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed or if there was anything he could do to make our stay better. 5 stars for the house, the location and host! Highly recommend this place. I wish I had more characters to describe how great of a stay this was for our family.

I normally don't do reviews but i had to leave one. I enjoyed my stay here Jon went above and beyond to make sure me and my family were comfortable and had everything we needed 💜💜💜💜. He was also extremely responsive and helpful. If i ever visit Brunswick again i will definitely be staying here again such a beautiful home 😊😊.
