Stayed in this villa for 7 days with a group of 9 people. Great amenities, the group thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi and swimming pool. Location is a walkable distance to the Marina where there are lots of restaurants. We were also able to check in early and check out late - they were very accommodating around this. I would say only few changes I wish could be made: I wish there was smart tv within the property so that we could cast our own shows from phone. Lights & Shutters switch can be very confusing, it feels like you're playing a guessing on and off game. Shower — can be a bit of guessing game on switching it on. We couldn't all alternate the shower heads options but nevertheless great hot water pressure. Lastly we had a few minor issues with our door handles which due to it being minor I didn't report until check out but the team were outstanding in making sure things were resolved as soon as possible. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. Cleanliness was 10/10. Recommend!

We had a wonderful time in Vilamoura. The location was excellent and an easy walk to the Marina and beach. The house was well maintained and had ample space for a large group.

Third time staying at the villa which should indicate our satisfaction with the property/company. 5 min taxi to the marina. Villa excellent as always with hot tub added this year which was great. All the team at Clever Details very helpful and responsive. Great communication throughout and met us at the villa to hand over keys and answer any questions. Stored our luggage on checkout which was very helpful as late checkout was unavailable due to an incoming booking and we had a few hours until our flight home. Would not hesitate to recommend.

A good location between the tranquil Old Village and the bustling Marina, the Villa is well equiped and of modern design with a large secluded pool area and the staff are always helpful when messaged through the app or by email. But although we found Pinheiro a high standard roomy and comfortable experience our stay was marred by the constant building works surrounding the site. Cranes and lorries were moving about behind the garden and the scraping and hammering from the pathway reconstruction at the front and east side (which also cut off our access to the waste bins) seemed to go on for later each day through the week. Now if we'd been in a high density hotel complex in Majorca we may have taken that for granted, but at the price paid for the week this becomes a significant factor affecting enjoyment of the holiday. Otherwise an enjoyable week.
