How to I even start to describe this place. First thing when I walked it it was spotless. Little accent lights in the fire place and a nice basket with a handwritten note. I explored the house and it was superbly well decorated. Master bedroom was large, the shower and bathroom was very well done. I loved the towels and the design. It felt like a high class hotel. The kitchen was pristine and new appliance. I loved this property. Sitting out on the front porch in the morning and drinking coffee was best part of the day. 100 percent returning here when I am in town.

Beautiful home in downtown Springdale!! The owners did a fantastic job renovating a historic home. Comfortable, cozy, easy to find, 3 min walk from downtown...we will be back!!! Check out Homegrown for breakfast/brunch and Milk and Sugar Bath Co. and the bakery, all downtown. Again, I can't say enough great things about this house, it's location and the hosts. Excellent communication, easy checkin and checkout. Precious home!

Roxanna was a very gracious host and very responsive. She prayed for my daughter who was in the hospital which meant so much to my family. She is a very respectful host and when we ever need to stay again Roxanna and The Price House will be the first place we choose to stay!
