Enjoy my house while I'm away from Valencia! :) A space that I have lovingly renovated, with a minimalist style, pleasant and quiet, with an excellent location in front of the Nino Bravo park in the Zaidía neighborhood, a few steps from the Torres de Serranos, the Turia Garden and the Barrio del Carmen. Ideal for living downtown but without the crowds and noise of the center :) very easy to get around the city center by bike or on foot. Only for stays of more than 1 month. The apartment has a large, open kitchen with a breakfast/lunch bar, living-dining room, 1 bathroom and 3 bedrooms (one double, one single and one with a trundle bed that can sleep up to 2 people). There are also 2 balconies, one that overlooks Nino Bravo Park and another interior that overlooks a block patio where you can hang your clothes. The building is small so there are few neighbors and it has an elevator. It is a quiet neighborhood and the street is very quiet at night so you can rest very well.
