The last room also has a sofa bed, so the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Additionally, each room is equipped with a smart TV including Netflix, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. Please note that there is no dedicated living room in the apartment. However, each room provides a cozy and comfortable space to relax, and the basic cooking facilities are perfect for preparing a quick meal or snack. The apartment is located on the ground floor, making it easily accessible and perfect for those who prefer to avoid stairs. Please note that since the windows are facing the street, there might be some noise.

Really bad maintained apartment in a really busy street. The apartment should be renovated, cracks under doors which let all the noise and cold air from outside in. Stains on walls & the couch. The “decoration” still had the price tag on them. Wooden floor had gaps between the planks. Electricity boxes were really dirty. And the funniest of all, the towel hook was hanging up side down, which made it useless. I would never stay here again.
Die Unterkunft entspricht nicht den Fotos, die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen, es stinkt, wir haben die Wohnung sofort verlassen, Teilerstattung beantragt, keine Reaktion mehr, nie wieder!!!!

Our vacation rental apartment is located in a diverse and bustling area of Vienna, just moments from the main train station. With its unbeatable location, our apartment offers a perfect base for both leisure and business travelers.
Step outside and you'll be greeted by a diverse array of shops, restaurants, and cafes, reflecting the multicultural character of the area. The nearby market area of Favoriten is home to an extensive range of international food stalls, selling everything from falafel to pho. Additionally, the Columbus City Mall is just a 3-minute walk away, where you can find a variety of shops, a food court, and a cinema.
If you're looking to explore the city, you'll be pleased to know that the area is well connected by public transportation. The nearby subway station will take you to Vienna's historic center in just a few stops, where you can explore famous attractions such as St. Stephen's Cathedral, the Hofburg Palace, and the Vienna State Opera. From the main train station, you also have a direct connection to the airport, making it convenient for travelers coming and going.
For business travelers, the area around our apartment is an ideal location to stay. The Vienna Central Station is just a stone's throw away, providing easy access to other cities in Austria and beyond. In addition, the area is home to several corporate offices, making it a popular destination for business travelers.
Public transportation includes buses, trams, trains and subways. There is a direct train connection to the airport 2 times per hour.
Street-parking costs 2,10€/h from 9am-10pm Monday to Friday after that it's free. Weekends and holidays are free as well.
Parkplatz Johannitergasse 4 is 5 mins walk away, offers parking space and costs 8€/day.
