The property is located right next to the largest mall in the world, with just 15 minutes away from the airport. This premium apartment located on 23rd floor is spreading across half of the building's floor making it property fitting the needs for the largest families. The apartment contains a large masterbedroom (king size bed) with en-suit bathroom, 3 large bedrooms (king size beds) out of which 2 have en-suit shared bathroom (Jack & Jill style), one small bedroom (queen size bed) next to the kitchen and a small bedroom with a bunk bed for maid, children or adults if necessary, which has its own en-suite bathroom and toilet. The heart of the apartment is the living room, being populated by three sofas and large smart TV accompanied by PlayStation 4 and games like Fifa. The apartment is suitable for maximum of 12 people. A fully equipped kitchen offers all facilities needed for light snacks and homely meals preparation. The dining corner has a full tableware and cutlery equipment to host both casual and royal dinners. The guest pack provided with the apartment contains fresh and always clean bathroom amenities to make your stay “hotel feel like” and fragrant.

I had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic apartment, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I inquired about booking, Mr. Reynan made the entire process a breeze with his exceptional communication and attentiveness. The apartment itself exceeded all expectations. It was impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and had all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with convenient access to Dubai mall and the Boulevard. The highlight, however, was the breathtaking view of the fountain from the apartment. Checking in was a seamless experience, thanks to Mr. Reynan's detailed instructions and warm welcome. He went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable, and I'm incredibly grateful for his hospitality. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a memorable stay. Visited Dubai with my close friends, the highlight of the trip was the stay we had the best view in the city. We had great time at the property the team were very responsive and helped us check in easily. I have recommended this place more of my friends. Will be back soon.

Absolutely wonderful home - Aries was so helpful and made the entire stay even better! Can't speak highly enough of the apartment. 10 minute walk to dubai mall (fountain entrance) with amazing view of the fountain show!
