Decent place for the price. If staying for a few days and will not be staying at the house the whole time, the place is convenient and sufficient. I had meetings elsewhere from 7am-3pm and explored Houston afterward; I pretty much only slept there. I would not recommend a group of friends to stay (though there is enough room) or to stay on a "fun" vacation - there are nicer and better places. But, for what I needed (a place to sleep and to keep my stuff), it was sufficient. The location was convenient - not in a busy area but not far from a bus stop (which I rode to downtown Houston) and near Cullinan Park (which offers pretty good hiking in Sugar Land). Naseem was very helpful, quick to respond, and clear on instructions. It was evident that she put effort into making the place look nice. Security was decent - doors and windows could be (and were) locked. I experienced no neighbor noise. Overall: It's not the nicest place, but it's decent if just staying the night.

This was not what we expected. The walls had paint chips. The window was busted out and covered with plastic. The wind was blowing and I thought it was a fly trapped between the window and the screen… I pulled back the curtain and saw the window was busted. The mirror in the bedroom was cracked. The bathroom had no towels and was dirty. There was cigarette smell in the house. This was so terrible that we left and got a hotel room. We could not get a refund on the AirBnB.

The house was fairly priced and conveniently located. We arrive in 1am and left on 7:30am so didn’t really spend much time there. But Naseem has been a good host and communicate well.
