Some hick ups with availability after booking + guard had no info about my booking. Had to do multiple text and calls to jessa so that i could actually check in after arrival . jessa fixed both mistakes fast, nonetheless should not happen!!! 3 stars for check in. 5 stars for all the rest.

Ma'am Jessa's place is nice, clean and exactly like the photos. She gives clear instructions for the checkin and checkout and is very responsive to our inquiries. We had a great stay and the sunset view from the room was amazing! 😊

Great place to stay! Walking distance from Gaisano mall Bajada and 7/11. You get what you paid for, worth the money. Clear instructions checking in naman so follow lang nang instructions talaga how to check in sa room. I like it na maraming lights and outlets ang room esp I work remotely. May view ng Davao sa window. No toiletries but not a problem bc I always bring naman and its affordable na bc your pool access is free that’s a plus. Complete cooking equipment as well so very convenient if you want to cook your own meals. I really like na available ang hot&cold shower. Free basic condiments na rin. Netflix and wifi is also available. Experience no problem staying. M’Jessa, the host/owner, is nice as well!
