Finca La Marquesa - @fincamarquesa - is a wonderful farmhouse in the stunning Ronda countryside. The house is transformed from an old Spanish farmhouse on a 23-hectare estate, into a modern luxury villa with private pool & magnificent views. Surrounded by olive groves just 10-minutes from central Ronda, amenities include a football pitch, saltwater pool & fully equipped games room, This is a place where guests of all ages will enjoy a wonderful stay. Check-out cleaning is included in the price. Finca La Marquesa is a 23-hectar estate, with a total of 5 spacious bedrooms in main house and 1 bedroom in detached guesthouse. Finca La Marquesa is an ecological olive farm with approx 1 000 olive trees surrounding the property. Our olive oil is something you get to enjoy during your farm stay. The main house is 660 square meters and decorated with great love and attention to the details. All bedrooms and the kitchen in main house have air conditioning for hot summer days. For cold winter nights we have a heating system installed throughout the house. The house is powered by its own solar panels and batteries. Wifi in house via Starlink and Smart TVs in main living room, guesthouse and in our games room. You will be greeted at Finca La Marquesa by our property manager who also lives onsite and spends his days managing our animals, garden and olive grove. He will welcome you upon arrival and share information about the house and answer any practical questions. He is more than happy to assist with information and tips on sightseeing and exploration around the area. The stunning farmhouse kitchen effortlessly combines original features with modern amenities, such as sleek Dekton countertops, a gas burning LOFRA aga, coffee machine, oven, two large fridges, freezer and wine fridge. Smaller breakfast table in kitchen and seating area around the kitchen island. The open plan dining room features a family sized table and direct access to the outdoor terrace where you find a large dining table and the BBQ area. The main living room on the ground floor offers an open fire and sofas for the more relaxing days and evenings. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, three bedrooms located on the first floor. All bedroooms with king size beds (180x200 cm). Also located on the ground floor, the games room, sets the scene for family fun with a full-size shuffleboard table, foosball table and games console guaranteed to provide hours of entertainment. For more privacy you can enjoy our library on the first floor. Enjoy a swim in our saltwater pool or take a walk down to the football pitch to play a game or just enjoy the breathtaking surroundings. This house is all about having fun and spend time together. We have a trampoline and a frisbee/disc golf course amongst the olive trees and also hidden away from the sun we have a play room in the old stables with ping pong table and billiards. On the other side of our parking and welcoming area, and across from the main house you will find the guesthouse which has been beautifully restored as a one bedroom house with its own sitting room, TV, kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm), an open fireplace and the sitting room also has a sofabed that can accommodate two children. Outside the guesthouse you will find two covered terraces with dining table and a cosy built-in sofa for relaxing days. We also have two horses living at our farm, Flamenco and Nikita. They also have company of our two donkeys Albir and Ronda. They are all very friendly and love carrots! The beautiful garden is well and safe separated from our animals and olive grove. We encourage our guests to enjoy this magnificent nature and walk around amongst our olive trees or perhaps hike up our own mountain to enjoy spectacular views or a beautiful sunset.
